Service Description

Train with your partner, under the guidance of your PT. Session lasts 45mins.

Cancellation Policy

All ChrisFit services require a minimum of 24 hrs notice of cancellation or a full charge will be applied. Online booking for all sessions is essential. Sessions cannot be booked any less than 24 hrs before the session begins. All services can be booked to a maximum of 31 days in advance.
