The perfect service if you can't get to the gym but still want the accountability, that comes from having a trainer. Through the power of technology, your trainer will be there to coach and guide you through an effective workout, from the comfort of your home or wherever you decide. This is also, a very popular service that our clients utilise, when they are away in business trips or holidays. Once booked, you will receive a Zoom link and that's you all set.

Cancellation Policy

All ChrisFit services require a minimum of 24 hrs notice of cancellation or a full charge will be applied. Online booking for all sessions is essential. Sessions cannot be booked any less than 24 hrs before the session begins. All services can be booked to a maximum of 31 days in advance.
